ATLANTA, Georgia – Administrators and teachers from nearly 500 K-12 schools across the state got a dose of Clarity on March 11, 2025 at the Georgia Charter Schools Association’s annual conference in Atlanta.

John Brooks, CEO, first presented as a member of a panel of administrators discussing ‘Common Mistakes in Governance, Operations and Finance: Lessons for Charter Schools.’ Brooks currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board for the Georgia Cyber Academy, a charter school with 10,000+ students, and his knowledge as a career business professional combined with his experiences in board leadership gave him unique perspectives in relating to the charter school staffers.

Jim Aller, Senior Consultant, joined Brooks for a seminar they conducted titled, ‘Enhancing Compensation Strategies for Charter Schools.’ Brooks and Aller explained how leveraging sector-specific data, educational trends and labor statistics insights can empower charter schools to attract and retain top talent while maintaining compliance and strategic goals.
The presentations were so successful, the Clarity consultants are now considering additional invitations to speak at related conferences in coming months.
