Kurtis Purtee, Clarity Consulting Group VP, Appointed to National Public Safety Committee

ATLANTA, Georgia – Clarity Consulting Group’s Vice President for Development Kurtis Purtee has been appointed to serve on the National League of Cities’ 2022 Public Safety and Crime Prevention Federal Advocacy Committee. Purtee will provide strategic direction and guidance for the NLC’s agenda and policy priorities.

In addition to his work at CCG, Purtee has more than 20 years of experience in policing and public safety administration and also currently serves as an alderman for the City of Savannah. “I am excited for this opportunity to be one of four officials from Georgia chosen to serve on this committee,” said Purtee. “This will ensure that local issues concerning public safety and crime prevention are heard and discussed at the federal level.”

The committee is a diverse group of leaders from around the nation who will also advocate on behalf of municipalities before Congress, as well as with others among the federal administration and within their home communities.
