John Brooks, Clarity Consulting Group CEO, Named to Georgia Cyber Academy Board

ATLANTA, Georgia – Clarity Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Chief Executive Officer John Brooks has been appointed as a new member of the Georgia Cyber Academy’s Governing Board.

The Georgia Cyber Academy is a public virtual charter school serving more than 11,000 students from around the state of Georgia, from kindergarten through high school. Established in 2007, it operates a Title I Educational Program accredited by Cognia (formerly AdvanceED), as its programs meet the rigorous standards recognized by colleges, universities and employers. Its Governing Board is comprised of experienced and notable professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including education, administration, finance, computer science and leadership.

“I am extremely honored to join the Georgia Cyber Academy’s Governing Board,” said Brooks. “I’ve been blessed to have a wealth of higher education and governmental administrative and information technology experience throughout my career, and I’m excited to use it to benefit Georgia’s online students, their families, and their future employers.”

Brooks was selected by the Georgia Cyber Academy for his extensive business and operations background, with more than 25 years of proven expertise in leadership positions as an administrator, change agent and cultural transformer for multiple governmental organizations and businesses. He also serves as an adjunct professor for a variety of higher education institutions.
