John is an extensively experienced business and operations professional with more than 25 years of proven expertise in leadership positions as an administrator, change agent and cultural transformer for multiple governmental organizations and businesses. He holds certifications in grants administration as well as Title IX coordination and investigation. He also serves as an adjunct professor for multiple higher education institutions.

Vina is a business and technology professional with a strong foundation in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University. As a rising associate, her experience in nonprofit financial operations, digital communication and information systems with a technical skill set involving PowerBI, Python, and SQL, make her a valuable asset to the Clarity team.
